Rental Agreement

The hire of the property is for the holiday period indicated on the booking form and does not constitute a tenancy agreement.

Granary Cottage Sleeps 6   

Only the adults and children named on the booking form may occupy the property, under no circumstances may any other persons stay in the property without the prior agreement of the owners, this will not exceed six persons.

Restrictions

No smoking within the property. Sorry, we don't allow any animals into the cottage.

Bookings

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. You can arrival any time after 3.00 pm. Please ensure  departure by 10.00 am to allow for cleaning.  

Short breaks – as agreed at the time of booking.

Cottage Property  

All care should be taken to ensure the property and contents are looked after, we reserve the right to charge for breakages or damage.

Rental Charge  

Includes electricity, night storage heating. Bed linen and towels available at £5 per person per week.

Payment

One third deposit required with booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to holiday date. Failure to pay balance on time will be deemed as cancellation and the property will be re-let.

Booking

Early booking is advisable to check availability and avoid disappointment. Your booking will remain firm as long as your deposit and booking form are received within 7 days. Upon receipt of your deposit cheque, booking confirmation will be forwarded. Directions, key arrangements and information sheet will be sent on receipt of your balance cheque.

Liability

We are not liable for damage, injury or loss whatsoever sustained by you or any members of your party.
